Lexercise® Technology Requirements

  1. For All Lessons and Games
    • A reliable network connection
    • Desktop computer or large screen device (laptop, tablet) for student practice
    • A modern, up-to-date web browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
    • Headphones
  2. For Lessons Led by a Literacy Expert
    • A webcam (built-in or external via USB)
    • Speakers for shared audio during sessions
    • A laptop or desktop computer (for screen-sharing)
    • High-speed internet (3+ Mbps down, 1+ Mbps up) - Test your speed here »
  3. Additional Technology Guidelines

    Wired connections are preferable to wireless, due to higher reliability during streaming and game playback. If you find that your screenshares are stuttering or cutting out, you may need to turn off other devices on your network such as TVs and gaming consoles.
